The massage therapist definitely knows about traditional Chinese massage skills! Super professional and effective. Friendly staff and great communication!

Absolutely Incredible! Paul and Sam are incredible at helping you to deeply diagnose whatever pain or ailments are at the epicenter of your pain and/or discomfort! And I've gotten deep tissue and muscle massages from both Michael and Danny who are PHENOMENAL. I can not say how thankful I am for everyone there, and the ladies and gentlemen at the front desk are so sweet and accommodating in whatever you need! I go multiple times per week, and I am happy to say I have become more flexible and my pain is basically non existent in my lower back, legs, and shins. I haven't written many reviews... But this was absolutely necessary. Couldn't see myself going anywhere else for physical therapy. Must go if you are experiencing any type of body discomfort or pain! 🙏🏼🙌🏼👍🏼

We’ve been consistently coming for 2 years for back pain and other issues we’re having due to sitting long hours in front of laptops every day for work. The doctors here truly care about their patients (especially Dr. Zeng) and know their stuff. They not only have PTs but also a chiropractor on Tuesdays. It was a bit hard to get started here due to the initial take processes and finding doctors that are good fits but the initial patience will pay off. I’m truly grateful that upbeat is in Hoboken 🙏

Amazing staff and great place! After just a couple visits, I see a great improvement in my tension and muscles in my back and neck. Actually felt great relief after each session. Excited to keep getting better! Jonathan and Michael are very professional and is a great experience! Would definitely recommend!
