Admitting needs high improvement in communication and process, because My UT student daughter rolled her ankle and couldn’t walk / in pain and when I Brought her to this Urgent Care the first communication was that they are not really an urgent care , regardless what their website says and would need to make an appointment because no walk-ins !!! I expressed my frustration and was about to take my daughter elsewhere while she was in pain. They said to call a nurse to make appointment. They then thankfully offered a wheelchair and agreed to treat her. Not impressed at all given UT medical reputation and investment.

Insanely poorly managed facility. They left my allergy shot vials out of refrigeration for three days and I have to pay over 1k to get new ones developed back at my allergist. Do not transfer to them for allergy shots !! Very unprofessional and lack of basic medical protocol.

UHS caregivers have been very kind and supportive as I navigate my condition. Shoutout to Tara Cutler and Dr Bollineni!

UHS is Located in the Student Services Building. International students can get their Tuberculosis screening there. Staff is really nice and supportive. It took me over 2 hours to try to find information in the webpage, but just a couple of minutes to answer my questions once in the UHS.

Great state of the art medical offices with very good staff but the deal breaker is poor access to care. I had my annual physical re-scheduled three times from the office. The last one 1 hour before the appointment. Time is precious and I do not think management is sensitive that we have to take time out of work to make it to these appointments.
