POS hospital. They take blood for no reason to “prepare” and then your blood sits in the counter for hours while you watch staff giggle and walk past you. And if your family is in a mental crisis I hope y’all aren’t trying to stay out of jail cs that’s for them to decide. What a joke for medical staff. Thinking they have the right to decide something someone’s legally obligated to do.

I tell you I rarely come to the hospital as for I rarely get sick but coming here was not a bad experience at all. I learned I got a rare condition and had a friendly team assigned to me. My nurses Griselda, Mak and maria are the greatest and friendliest. They made me safe even though I was in pain for 3 days, my team finally got the best antibiotics for my condition and it worked! I was located in the emergency observation department unit in room 4. I'm glad they were prompt with my condition & always concerned on my pain levels.

My son transferred to this hospital from Phoenix Children’s to continue survivorship after cancer treatment when we moved. I am so shocked and disappointed in the stark contrast of care that we received here vs Arizona. We began in the old building which was not designed to be specifically for children, was very dated, and was claustrophobic. They stated they had never received my son’s medical records from Phoenix Children’s, after calling PCH multiple times to confirm they had sent the records and confirming on both ends the correct fax number. My son is high functioning autistic, ADHD, and has PTSD and anxiety due to the frequency of blood draws and port accesses during chemo, so he has an extremely difficult time with blood draws. Blood tests are necessary for survivorship appointmen

My husband has been under the care of the ICU due to a very delicate surgery he had, my experience has been the best with this trauma team, they have been round the clock caring for him, I wish I could remember all the names but here are a few, Liam, Eloy, Kirstie, Dexter, Priscilla, I wish I could remember all of you but thank you for all that you did to help my husband remain comfortable, very compassionate and very professional, I am so grateful for this amazing team.

Very disappointed on services given to me on 4/ 5/24 I check in about 830 am they did multiple test on me and I left at 945 pm with no results cause the nurse told me I wasn't dieing that the people coming after me and they were putting in rooms to see the doctors were dieing so I just had to wait this was the second time I went there for the same thing in 6 days earlier I had been there 3/31/24 the same thing happen put a report with pt. Relations but I guess for what nothing happen 😪
