I had to cancel procedure due to health reasons. I've been waiting 2 months to get refund, still waiting.. you call, nobody answers,you leave a message, noone calls back.

Finally got refund but they kept $1310. They said it was for lab fee .do not trust them. Thinking about filing complaint with BBB.

Well I spoke to the owner John!!!!! Who was in the Cherry Hill office and told me I would have m teeth in 10 -14 days and when they call whole different story everyone who works there doesn’t lie only the owner

Absolutely appalled by the lack of skill and professionalism at this "dentist office". After days of tooth pain resulting from a root canal filling coming out, my partner decided to visit Universal Dentistry Cherry Hill yesterday, July 21st 2025. He was scheduled for 12pm. There was no Xray taken, just an initial exam. The first red flag was the dental assistant applying numbing cream to the wrong side of his mouth before the procedure- my partner had to literally tell the assistant which side of his mouth was being worked on. He was then seen by "Dr." Nicolas F. Breen. Upon examination, Mr. Breen noted that my partner's wisdom teeth were impacted, but assured him that this would not affect the procedure. Was quoted $11,000 which was a good price. They made the partial. I showed up for the procedure and they took me that it would be $16,000. This was a different dentist and if I didn’t want it done they were gonna still charge me for the partial
