UnityPoint Health - Trinity Moline Hospital

I was told by my insurance they would pay for out of network for a mammogram. I did not know Unity Point would not bill my insurance because it was out of Unity Point Network. Please have your people explain that to patients. Make sure they know Unity Point will absolutely not bill insurance if out of network and it will be a hassle. Thank you.

I went there this evening due to having an asthma attack, which lead to be pneumonia. Breanna the respiratory therapist there was amazing! She talked me through everything that was gonna be going on while I was in her care. She stayed the whole hour while I had to do a nebulizer treatment to make sure I was okay and if I had any questions. She made me feel so comfortable, and I didn’t have my usual nervousness I get when In a hospital setting. One of the best healthcare professionals I’ve ever experienced!

Careful of their “Facilities Charge” I was unknowingly charged $314. Don’t we pay enough for the visit itself? I was in the office for a 1/2 of an hour. Bad surprise! Just cancelled my next appointment. My loss is their loss too.
