Hello my name is Cameron Hodgson, thanks to Beth and her expertise I have unraveled years of pelvic floor issues, tension, and myriads of dysfunction in a few months time. I am first and foremost a male patient who was experiencing many issues with pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, constipation and even sexual dysfunction. She helped me identify a more clear relationship with my nervous system, and with a variety of tools I slowly became more aware my entire system was in fight or flight, leading to all my issues, which I helplessly struggled with for years. Used Beth Shelly for pelvic floor physical therapy. Tried another provider and did not feel we were progressing. Beth was listed in a Pelvic rehabilitation practitioner registry. She is very professional and in constant learning mode. She reviews research regularly to stay on top of the newest things happening with physical therapy for the pelvic floor. Most physical therapists can rehab a broken ankle but it takes a specialist who is very focused to help with pelvic floor PT. This is not something I was excited to get started. Beth has provided excellent PT, both prior to and post Prostatectomy If you’re going through this procedure, I highly recommend you contact Beth for your PT needs. She is a professional, courteous, caring and kind person who will help you make your recovery easier and faster. Remember though, it is up to you to do what she prescribes.
