I went in expecting the usual dentist experience aka awkward silence, questionable life choices, and the faint fear that I might never feel my face again. Instead, Parkway View Family Dentistry somehow turned a dental appointment into a borderline enjoyable experience, which feels illegal. Dr. Sarah Ade Wallace and Dr. Benjamin Jackson are the kind of professionals who make you wonder if they secretly moonlight as stand-up comedians or therapists. They explain everything so clearly that you start trusting them with things way beyond your teeth, like life decisions or where to invest money. The staff is absurdly friendly. Not fake friendly. Not “corporate training video” friendly. Actual humans who seem genuinely happy to be there. I kept waiting for the catch. There was none. The office

This office was fantastic until Dr. Ade took over. Now, everything is just about money, and I don't have any trust that recommendations would be made based on need vs. how much she and her office would make from procedures. I changed insurance, and insurance paid next to nothing towards two clean and checks and an X-ray for our family (a routine x-ray). We weren't told that the x-ray wouldn't be covered at all, and knew nothing until we got a bill for over $600 for two clean and checks and an X-ray. I called to see if anything could be done, and all that was offered was a payment plan. Absolutely ridiculous to charge that much for what was done in the first place. Now, I changed cards and thought my payment plan (which I've never been late on and have had set up since I got the aforement

I had a really good experience at my visit today. The front desk staff was nice, my hygienist was great and so was Dr. Jackson. I would recommend this Dental office.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The office is clean, bright, and modern. I was comfortable and very happy with my experience. I would Definitely recommend Parkway View Family Dental.
