Dr. Richards, Gail, Cassie, and everybody else are awesome! They make a traditionally unpleasant human experience as great as it possibly can be, and you can have complete confidence you’ll be given straight information. 👍👍

My child cried after an appointment because the dentist got in her face and told her to be quiet when she was upset during a treatment. At her next appointment, I requested to join her in the room because she had been very upset about going in alone after the dentist was “mean” to her. I was told this isn’t allowed and children must receive treatments alone. My daughter is 5. We have decided to find another practice that doesn’t scare my child for being upset while her teeth are being worked on and one that will allow parents to join the child for treatments.

My son loved playing the games in the waiting room while waiting for his sister. The staff were all very kind. A great experience for my 2 year old.

Very mean last time I went was horrible a guy said to my kid be quiet my child is in the other room?? While there doing something bad!?

This is an amazing place to take your kiddos! I have a child with special needs, and getting into his mouth isn’t easy, but they are extremely patient and so very kind! Highly recommend!
