We have been using this place for my daughter's prescription supplemental formula for years, until the company without notice decided it would not fulfill her prescription any longer. Now we are left with getting a new prescription, a new letter of medical necessity, and a new company - - and no formula for my daughter for over 2 weeks now. Without any notice at all this was going to happen. Staff is always helpful, but it appears that they have poor management.

Extremely quick to deliver and good at explain equipment when dropped off. All thumbs after that. Poor communication between workers thus clients suffer and are likely often overbilled. Poor on customer service such as returning calls and picking up equipment. Lots of excuses poor results. Sad.

How about answering the dang phone!! Geeezzzzz🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
