This dental office is very unprofessional especially the african assistant they have here name Brenda. She don’t know how to talk to people her tone is loud and overly ratchet i was in there my children sat for 2.5 hrs prior to being seen my son was upset and was ready to leave Brenda got out of control with her mouth instead of remaining professional there was a verbal altercation however Brenda was at work not me or my son as i proceeded to speak with the dr and another assistant about the situation Brenda was already at another patient room during that time but while i was speaking to a different assistant i was speaking to Breanna comes out the room she was in stood in front of me and began yelling within the conversation i was already having i explained to her when u step in front of

Best teeth cleaning I have ever had, thank you Ms. A. Also, Dr. Tran cared for me holistically, taking the time to explain how my teeth condition is associated with my medication and also warning signs of what turned out to be a chronic condition. Nice environment and the latest dental technology is also a plus for me. I recommend, you will not be disappointed.

My issue with United Dental Care is that they were egregiously late with my appointment. I arrived at 1:15 pm for my cleaning which was scheduled for 1:30 pm. Another patient was complaining about waiting a long time for his appointment, and I watched as patients who arrived later than me were taken to their appointment, but I was not pulled from the waiting room until 2:40 pm. I asked for an explanation for the lateness and was told that things were backed up today because an assistant had to unexpectedly leave early. My cleaning was quick, and Dr. Britelli was nice. The front desk staff apologized for my wait time, which I appreciated. I was out of the building by 3:05 pm. In total, I spent 1 hour and 50 minutes for my appointment, which I am not thrilled about. This dental office is hilarious they get mad because i wrote a honest review contacted my dental insurance as well as the board of dentistry. When you realize the patient do not work there when you realize your staff represents your company when you realize that ya patients feed off the way your staff treat them act and talk to them. The person Brenda need to be fired this dental office need to stop asking people to write positive reviews because their bad out weigh the good. I understand protecting you employees and when everyone work together for so long it become protecting your family but run through the reviews This is not the first time brenda had a issue this is not the first time patients complained of being in the office for more than 2-3 hours and not getting work done this offi

I just had a tooth extraction. The dentist was great!!! I didnt experience any pain at all!!! The staff is friendly, and the business is clean.
