People's Choice Urgent Care

I had a great experience at People’s Choice Urgent Care. The staff was very professional, friendly, and attentive. The facility was extremely clean, which made us feel comfortable right away. I brought my daughter in for eye pain, and they saw her quickly, prescribed the necessary eye drops, and even provided us with a small first-aid kit. Honestly, this is the best urgent care we’ve been to highly recommended

Over the weekend, my son fell and hurt his arm. After reading great reviews, we decided to visit People’s Choice to hopefully avoid an ER trip. From the moment we arrived at 11:00 am on a Sunday, we were warmly welcomed. Shannon at the front desk greeted us with kindness, handed me the necessary forms, and spoke to my 6-year-old with genuine compassion. Once the paperwork was done, we were taken straight to a room where a nurse quickly took vitals and assessed my son. Moments later, DJ, the Physician Assistant, arrived and efficiently escorted us to X-ray. A broken ulna was diagnosed, and he carefully splinted my son’s arm while explaining the next steps and promptly emailing the X-rays. The entire visit—from check-in to diagnosis—took just 47 minutes. I was a walk in, however they do not take my insurance which is Am Better. A self pay patient pays $135 which includes any in house testing and prescriptions that may be prescribed. No flu vaccines provided at this clinic. They do accept apple pay and several other insurances plus Medicaid. The facility was clean and the staff is pleasant.Ehat is so impressive was that at 6:22 they were still seeing patients.

The patient/exam rooms were extremely dirty. People come to urgent care to get better, but this environment puts patients at risk of getting sick or infected instead.

I had to bring my son in today for a fractured wrist. They were recommended to me and are excellent! They were quick, efficient and nice. I would like to emphasize how fast they are. What normally what have took me hours to accomplish only took an hour max! I appreciate the entire staff and would definitely recommend!
