Brilliant Smiles Upper Darby

Today I had a root canal procedure. At first I was a bit apprehensive, after reading the terms of my procedure but after speaking to my dentist I felt at ease and agreed to the procedure. I must say Brilliant Smiles is amazing !!! The procedure took a couple of hours and the pain was next to none. I recommend giving them a try if you like a personal one on one experience!! Thanks Brilliant Smiles I'll Be Back !!

This has got to be one of the most professional dentist practices I’ve ever been to. I will say that Tyree whom is the gentleman in charge of the customer service/insurance/phone calls side of things has hands down superb service! He was able to squeeze me into a consultation to meet with Dr. Irvin whom was very up front about which options I had and didn’t try to steer me in the wrong direction. Lauren whom was the dentist assistant was also phenomenal at her job as well giving me other options! She made the whole process a comfortable one as the ball of energy that she is. Overall my experience was exceptional and I recommend making them your new Dentist home, as I will surely!

It was such a pleasure meeting Dr Urban on Tues 9/30/25 after my teeth cleaning. I’m so glad that the doctor is able to fill my two little cavities together in one visit on the next day.since they were close together. I absolutely love Marie, my hygienist. She always does a great job in cleaning my teeth and she helps with my periodontal maintenance.Marie always explains what I need to do to control my tartar issue. I’m very pleased to be going to this new dental group. All the staff are very friendly and professional in what they do. They make their patients feel at ease. On Wed 10/1/25 I had my two cavities filled and Dr. Urban and Shontel were the best. Dr. Urban had put me at ease and always asked if I was okay or feeling any pain. After noticing my old dentist retired I was pretty upset, because we weren’t informed of the change. However, Dr. Urban and his team have been nothing short of amazing! Super friendly staff, personable and thorough! It’s been a pleasure being one of Dr. Urban’s patients. Thanks brilliant smiles for making the transition an easy one!
