I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for Nurse Despina. She is truly an exceptional nurse who goes above and beyond in providing care. Her kindness, compassion, and professionalism made a difficult time much easier and more comfortable. Despina is attentive, patient, and always takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. Her calm and reassuring presence brings confidence and peace to her patients and their families. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the people she helps. Her dedication and positive attitude make her a valuable asset to the medical team. I am very grateful for her outstanding care and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a skilled and compassionate nurse.

My first time coming was exceptional the Sunday staff was awesome they were kind,friendly,patient,and respectful the doctor took her time not rushed she answered my questions she also explained everything that was going on with my visit. Her name is Zheng. Despina is awesome she was also kind and friendly and the secretary was awesome and polite and very helpful her name is Muneera. Even had a brief interaction with Suzanna the office manager and she was great and must not forget the office is very clean good housekeeping is great. They have onsite Lab, X-Rays, etc.

I had a great experience at urgent care. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, and I was seen much faster than I expected. The medical team was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I truly appreciate their compassion and efficiency during a stressful situation. Highly recommend! Despina and staff was prefect ♥️❤️

Over 5 stars...this doctors trip was great from beginning to end. The front desk was exceptional,very quick and very very nice..the nurse was awesome and dr.fengzhi was the best doctori ever met. This is tge place to go for professionaland courteous care. A++ thank you ladies for a great experience.i will be back again

The staff at the Upper Darby location was excellent, from Sue at the front desk with registration, Kathryn was pleasant when taking my vitals, Elaine the PA was very professional and my dear heart Ms Despina was awesome and very kind when handling my x-rays!!!! You will not be disappointed during your visit unless you’re just having a bad day on your own!!!
