A 5-star review cannot even begin to explain the deep appreciation I have for the ladies here. Not only did they make me feel like I was family, but that my pet was also. While being panicked and stressed about the well-being of my baby, I had the most caring, professional, and overall amazing support I have ever experienced from a veterinary hospital. Now, this isn’t even mentioning the care and attentiveness they had towards my cat. I left this office feeling extremely frustrated and taken advantage of. I was charged $80 for a so-called “dental exam” that consisted of ME (not even the vet) briefly lifting my dog’s lips, glancing at my 15 pound dogs teeth for maybe five seconds, saying they were fine, and leaving the room. There was no explanation beforehand that this would be a separate charge, nor was the service clearly communicated at any point. I had an appointment for his rabies shot, which I was totally OK with paying. This is not the first time I’ve felt uncomfortable here. Every visit seems to involve aggressive upselling of vaccines and treatments that feel unnecessary and pushed rather than thoughtfully discussed. I have had such an incredible experience at this Vet. They have been professional, helpful, friendly. The facility is clean and well run. My dog Sonny and I have been for his physical therapy, as well as any wellness needs as an aging larger dog. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Thank you to all the individuals that have helped us.

UL Vet has always been a very nice office. They are caring & good to my pets. We had the sweetest lab they cared for 15 years. Last year we got a 7 month old lab rescue, she is very nervous, was not socialized so for us high maintenance but they are gentle and handle her well. I appreciate that they take their time with her & explain how to care for her when timid & nervous as this is a change for us. I feel there prices are fair & in line with other clinics.

Loved our first experience today! I’m a new pet parent and the vet room was so relaxing and not sterile and scary. My dog fell asleep on the vet when she was listening to his heart! Talk about feeling comfortable. We are also doing some puppy training! She answered all my questions and all the vet techs loved my puppy.
