NCA Pharmacy

Pharmacist was awesome. Very knowledgeable! She was able to contact my physician and make adjustments to my compounding prescription and it is working wonderfully. Knowledgeable and very friendly and concerned about her customers. I have gone to her for years and just recently returned. I would not hesitate to call her and discuss my concerns.

I plan on having all of my prescriptions transferred to NCA from Walgreens. That’s how awesome NCA is. I’ve literally never had an easier time getting a prescription filled (especially as a first time customer at a new pharmacy). I needed a prescription filled today that I could not find in stock anywhere in Oakland county. I tried calling 14 pharmacies before finding NCA, and thank goodness they actually had it in stock!! 🙌🏻 On top of that, the pharmacist was incredibly, *unbelievably* helpful, patient, kind, and professional. I’ve never had an interaction with anyone at any pharmacy who was so kind and polite, and he actually cared about me getting my prescription. Such a wonderful local pharmacy! The staff is kind, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant to talk to. Quick in-and-out service without ever feeling rushed. So grateful to have this privately owned gem in our community!

NCA is a wonderful pharmacy with some really great and friendly people working there. I would highly recommend NCA to anyone who is looking for that old time pharmacy feel that when you walk in everyone greets you and makes you feel special. I not only get my prescriptions there, I get my shots and pretty much everything else that I need. Great customer service.

My wife was newly diagnosed with breast cancer and has started the first of six chemotherapy treatments which left her with multiple related complications and symptoms. One of those is very painful mouth sores and she is having difficulty eating as a result. She has lost 7 pounds in a week. The oncologist ordered a prescription for swishing and swallowing to help. We live in a remote location in northern lower Michigan and not within the delivery limits of the pharmacy. About two hours away. The medication would take a week to get here by mail so a wonderful employee named Annette took it upon herself to drive a four hour round trip to deliver the badly needed medication, on her own time in her own car using her own gas!!! What an unbelievable angel. She makes this world a better place. G
