My daughter just recently started seeing Dr. Jay and his team, she’s only in the 2nd grade and got braces a couple months ago! They’ve been so great with her, and Amelia loves her braces. 10/10 recommend! We use the Waterford location ◡̈

Highly recommend bow tie. We were trying to find ways to stop our daughter from sucking her thumb at night, which was causing so much damages to her teeth.. we went to bow tie, got a consultation and started her on phase 1 with expanders and then braces for the two top teeth. Very impress with how quickly her gap closes as well! Lovely staff and the process was quick. In and out. Couldn't be any happier and my daughter has more confident in her smile. As a first time orthodontist user and knowing nothing about braces and the process we have had an amazing experience! We are in a two phase braces set with my eight year old son. Dr Jay has the absolute best bedside manner! He took his time explaining everything to us and my son loved him! The staff is extremely friendly and awesome at communicating. We have had to change appointments on several occasions and they have been wonderful with helping us. They allow you to text at any time with any issues and I have always received feedback fast! Would HIGHLY recommend Dr Jay and his amazing team! Phase one was eight months and once all his adult teeth come in he will start phase two. Before during and after photos below!

Orthodontist visits can be nerve wracking (especially when your the one paying out of pocket for them lol), but from the time my son and I sat down we felt at ease. The staff was so kind and personable. When it was time to meet Dr. Jay I was amazed at the time and care he put into explaining everything. He was super thorough and answered every question my son and I had. He really took the time to make sure we understood our options and helped us decide the best option for us. I didn't feel pressured at all to make a quick decision. I greatly appreciate their willingness to work with uninsured or uncovered patients. Dr Jay is treating my second child with braces. He and his staff are excellent with little kids. They make it a comfortable environment and add excitement for each phase of treatment.
