Michigan Urgent Care Waterford

Fast and efficient, but the facility is a bit run down and not as clean as it should be for a medical facility. I was quickly checked in and taken back, and recieved my results within 20 minutes. Just not the most comfortable place when you look around and everything is dusty and a bit disorganized. Pics of the treatment room I was taken into, for reference. I will say the front desk and the nurse who took my vitals were incredibly kind and attentive.

Dirtiest doctors office I’ve ever seen, looks like the floor hasn’t been mopped in years. How is this not a health hazard??? Staff was friendly though, efficient visit. Was in and out in less than 30 mins.

Very rude staff, was given no antibiotics for my sickness. And facility was dirty. Horriable smell of sewer. Issues with billing. Believe this facility is in need of being shut down.

Veteran qualified for community care woke up coughing and short of breath. Called to ensure they were still a Community Care Provider and when that was affirmed I asked if I needed an appointment and was told they could see me immediately. When I arrived at the facility the receptionist introduced herself and verified my VA eligibility, provided me with a registration form which I completed in 5 minutes. Shortly after I turned in the completed forms a nurse escorted me to a treatment room, introduced herself and took my vitals. In short order a Doctor came into my treatment room, took my medical history, allergies and my medication list. She listened to my lungs and ordered an X-ray. I used this urgent care for severe foot pain and they were so great. Dr. Lilia Popadiuk, Jane the nurse and the front desk associate were all so nice and professional. I was seen quickly and they really helped me with my pain. The office is in the process of being updated and you can see why, but I feel the service is what is important and this team did a great job. Thank you!! I highly recommend them if you need urgent care and aren’t as concerned with dusty or dirty floors.
