Amazing encounter! I have a nervousness for healthcare centers that completely dissolves at this location. I adore the doctor and all of the staff. The entire personnel is kind, thorough and swift. I love having a place in my neighborhood where my entire family can be safe, heard and provided for. 10/5 stars

I took my son in for a walk-in sick visit. The front office staff was nice. There is a sewage smell in the front lobby. We waited in an exam room 45 minutes to an 1 hour, to be seen by a physician. The assitant rolled in a tablet monitor for a virtual visit. We were not informed by the staff that the physician was not in office, and this would be a virtual visit. How can a doctor give a proper diagnosis without physically using their tools to exam a patient throughly? The physician stated they were going to send prescribed medications to pharmacy. The pharmacy prescriptions were never received. I decided to take my son to Childrens urgent care in stockbridge where he received great and profeasional care.

I woke up early this morning with a high fever. I was able to book their earliest appointment and got seen immediately. I received above and beyond care by all of the staff here. They paid attention to every detail I described and made so to cross every T and dot every I. I LOVED my visit here today. I cannot express to you how grateful I am to have found this provider at such short notice and receive the BEST care I have ever received. 100/10 recommend. They beat any care I’ve received elsewhere.

Website said they were open till 5pm. Arrive and saw a closed sign on their door. Thank God it wasn’t urgent.
