Piedmont Urgent Care

My experience at this location was great overall with the nurses and doctors—they were professional, kind, and made me feel well taken care of. However, the front desk experience really took away from what could have been a smooth visit. On 9/14/2025 around 9:00 AM, I was met with a young lady at the desk who was rude and argumentative about billing information she wasn’t even correct on. Instead of checking the system thoroughly, she sighed heavily, huffed and puffed, and even smacked her teeth when I explained that I had not received any bill—something I’ve always gotten in the past. It turned out I was right about the situation and she was wrong, which only proved that her approach was unnecessary. I did not have an appointment, I just walked in on Saturday, late afternoon. The front desk was professional, and quickly checked me in. I waited only a few minutes to see triage, and was put in a room. I only waited 5 or so minutes to see a nurse and she was excellent. She was kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable, and listened to me describe my illness, checked me, checked my chart, and sent out my prescriptions, in short order. I will definitely use this Urgent Care again. Thank you!

I had an excellent experience at this urgent care. The facility was extremely clean, the staff was friendly and professional, and the service was efficient from start to finish. Natalie, the nurse practitioner, was outstanding—knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough. Tia, who triaged me, was equally amazing and made me feel comfortable right away. Truly exceptional care all around. Highly recommend.

Our visit went well. Place was clean and everyone was very friendly. The check in process was very easy and the wait wasn’t long at all. The NP we saw was amazing. She handled my grandmother with care, spent a lot of time talking with her and explaining things to her, even beyond what was currently going on with her that day. I appreciate her kindness and can tell she loves what she does and cares more than the average healthcare worker we usually deal with. Thank you Angela.

When I went to Piedmont Urgent Care-Fairburn, the staff were very professional, courteous, and helpful with my needs. The facility was very clean. I didn't have to wait long. I'm feeling much better. The NP that saw me took good care of me. Thank you all for your service.
