I am so glad I chose Smile Studio Orthodontics for my braces journey. They were recommended to me by my dentist, Dr. Preston-Hill, and I can see why. They scheduled me for a consultation the same day I called, and I had a great and very informative consultation with Dr. Venn. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel confident about moving forward. After my consultation, Ms. Charise worked with me to find a time that fit my schedule and was able to get me in the very next day to have my braces placed. My braces appointment was quick, friendly, and completely painless. Ms. Sonia was excellent and very thorough, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr. Venn and his staff are amazing! I purposely waited until my treatment was completed to share my experience: I had braces as a teen but neglected my retainers. So once I made the decision as an adult to get Invisalign, I knew I had to take it seriously. The staff is professional, welcoming, and incredibly thorough (whether they are explaining your treatment plan, scheduling, or payments). Mrs. Cherese is one of my favs!! The office is clean and modern. If you're looking for an experienced ortho who is committed to achieving great results, this is the place! I’m so happy with my new smile and this time around, I’ll be wearing my retainers! 😊

I was slightly nervous as I didn't know what to expect in terms of getting braces. To my surprise it was a very smooth and relaxing process. There were no issues and it took less time than anticipated. From start to finish I could tell I was dealing with very experienced professionals. I left my appointment knowing I'm in good hands. I'm looking forward to the end results, of course, it's my responsibility to maintain my treatment plan if I want a great smile! Kudos to the Smile Studio Orthodontics team for taking great care of me on my first of many future appointments.

The establishment needs help after paying full amount for my son’s braces. Every time we are scheduled for appointment we get here 30-20 minutes early and they’re always constantly having us wait 1hr 1hr plus to be seen. People with appointments that are to be seen after us are being seen while we’re still waiting to be seen for our appointment. This establishment is never on time it’s ridiculous to be waiting like this every time we come here. If I knew this establishment was going to be like this I would have chosen somewhere else that was more punctual. I’ve never been to established where waiting this long is there normal business routine. This is horrible to encounter every time.

Sonia is great! Andrea has a great personality with excellent customer service. The entire staff is very professional and like to have fun. Dr Venn is great! The atmosphere is beautiful! The play the best music.
