Publix Pharmacy at Parkway Village

Filled my prescriptions a week prior to needing them, they were “in progress” every since . The thing that upsets me is that this is not the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd go around with this problem & almost 98% of the time I call no one answers the phone. It’s to me as if it’s a scheme for you to come in store & wait which psychologically brings you to shop around until your prescription is filled but I will be seeking another professional pharmacy with prudent filling times.

This pharmacy is slow as hell. I don't care how busy you are, it should not take 3 days to fill a new you call them to inquiry about a prescription your provider has sent. This happens to every single prescription that is sent to them. I have been waiting on someone to pick up 14 minutes now. This is ridiculous!

This pharmacy is ridiculously SLOW. I had a prescription sent over on a Tuesday and hadn’t heard anything. I checked on it that Thursday and they said they were out and needed to order. I’m wondering at what point you checked your que and tried to contact me and let me know? Fast forward to Monday, and I still haven’t heard anything. Everytime I come, the line is crazy long and crazy slow. That’s not the biggest issue, because it happens. My issue is the length of time having to wait on a prescription that I need. This is unacceptable!!! This seems like an issue that happens more often than not. Publix do better because this pharmacy is a representative of your name!!!

I recently moved the area, however, will be transferring my prescriptions back to the Mabelton store and commuting due to the service at this particular pharmacy. Ridiculously slow, won't answer the phone, rude much of the time. Please reconsider leadership at this location. There's a strong need for improved workflows, better fit recruiting and overall cultural. Hate it here.

The Publix pharmacies up in North Georgia are fabulous. This specfic location is unorganized and extremely slooooooow!! The phone continuously rings (no one answers), the pharmacist(Unhelpful)/pharm techs(rude). It's just long lines and long waits, every single time. I asked my husband to please relocate us back to North Georgia. The South Fulton experience with any customer service has been; just terrible here. Why is everyone so rude or mad.🤷‍♀️
