A simple reconstructive surgery after one layer Mohs surgery was billed at $11,000. The surgeon charged $2,200 - no problem. But the hospitals long list of items added up to over $8,800! Multiple anesthesians amoung many charges for this outpatient forehead stitching. Multiple calls were made to question charges but nothing changed. DON'T GO HERE unless it's an emergency!

Went in this morning at 11 am with high blood pressure, chest pains, anxiety attack issues, headache, stuttering. Passed out and was taken to triage where blood work, ekg,chest X-rays, and blood pressure was checked out. Then I sat in the lobby for 4 hours before another ekg was done. Then I went back to the lobby. Keep in mind the whole time I was in the lobby , nobody came to check on me and my chest was killing me. When I finally got in a room, if you want to call it that, it was around 4 hours after I got to the hospital. This whole time my blood pressure, pulse rate, etc had not been monitored at all. The "room" had a couple of lamps on the wall and a recliner- that's it!!!! Here I sat with chest pains, headache and high blood pressure and yet no treatment for it. I get that hospital

Gotta love sitting here for over 5 hours with your child in pain. Still yet to see a Dr but know all about the nurses bowling and bar trips. Sitting and laughing and carrying on and no patients are being saw. Dr discharged 2 patients and left their charts. 30 minutes no one has bothered to go let the people go home. I hate driving to a hospital farther away but at this point it's probably worth getting seen and taken care of

I've been to the emergency department at Chatham and I have had several procedures done there. The staff has always been exceptional to me and they're very fast to get you in and out compared to the larger hospitals.

If I could leave 0 stars I would have ED for a concussion and was put in the waiting room and was made to wait for five hours, and I was the only person in the waiting room It’s sad we don’t have a better staff who cares.. They are there for a paycheck it’s beyond me why they are add more bed. Do better
