Our experience with Genesis Siler City Rehabilitation Facility was very positive. From the beginning, the care and attention my mom received stood out. The people truly made the difference! The nursing and care staff treated my mom with kindness, respect and personal care, which helped her feel safe and comfortable during her stay. It was especially nice getting to know the staff as they came in each day to care for her. They took the time to connect with her and with us, which meant a lot to our family. The PT staff worked diligently with my mom to help her reach her goals, offering steady encouragement and guidance along the way. We could see the effort they put into supporting her progress and the difference it made. Kristy, the admissions coordinator, was incredibly helpful through

My mother has been at Genesis for several weeks now. I couldn't ask for more attentive care. Her needs are being met and the staff really cares. She is happy there and that makes me and my family happy to see. We trust that she is safe and being well attended to with a staff that obviously loves their patients. 🌟❤️🌟❤️🌟❤️🌟❤️🌟❤️

Kristy at Genesis Nursing Home is an absolute GEM!!! She made me feel comfortable with the transitioning of my father to this skilled nursing facility from the hospital. She was patient with me and showed understanding with any apprehension I had regarding my father. She also checked on him and reported back to me during his first 24 hours at Genesis! I'm sure she went above and beyond and my family and I are absolutely grateful.

The staff are EXCELLENT!! Tina, Celeste, Whitney are Amazing! They take very great care of my Mom. Very professional and patient with her and all of the other patients there at the center. They are A Blessing.

A very sweet and loving place. I couldn't have found a better place for my stepfather Melvin Whitaker to be at. He has dementia and is blind. They are doing all that they can do to make his life as comfortable as possible and providing the care that he desperately needs. Thanks to christy and staff that works there. They are like family to me.
