When I first chose this place as my Gen. Practicioner on my medicaid, I had thought they were a decent doctor office. I had a couple appointments that went well, although I had to wait a bit past my scheduled ap time, I didn't mind bc I assumed this is because the doctors do a great job giving each patient the attention and care they need. But they have so so many doctors working there I never saw the same one twice & they always seemed rushed. I originally gave them 4 stars when my husband and I first started using them as our gen practitioners. But since then, we have both experienced basically the same rude, uncaring, disrespect as many other reviewers have said as well. I have several specific situations I could go on and on about but honestly it's not worth it. Just please know Noone

I am treated with so much respect. My doctor calls me herself with results on blood work and test results. I am treated like a human being. I will be honest I don’t like the drive from Greensboro to Siler City, but the staff starting with the receptionist are very professional and kind.

My husband goes here. If you want to talk to a real person on the phone, just hit zero for anything & someone will answer. Never just stay on the line because it will hang up on you. You can use their portal app and it's best to go straight to website and do not use the EZ Access part but use the regular login & then you can message your Dr or nurse. It would be nice to request refills here but I don't think that's working yet. It's basically the quickest way to get answers to anything as they will reply which is great. Checking in at the office has improved some but still slow at times & sometimes makes my husband late for his appt. of which causes delays for everyone else & he's always there early. They also do virtual appointments if needed which is great. Hope this helps new patient

I've been using this pharmacy for years but every time I come to pick up a medication there is a woman that works there and is very rude to me. She has a sorry attitude and huffy as if I'm bothering her. I greet her kindly and friendly every time and she always looks at me with disgust. I believe she is racist tbh because she seems kind to ppl of her own race infront of me. On another note I have came in several times and a very short haired woman named Jenny was very kind and friendly to me. The one who is rude has the longer hair. I understand this line of work must be busy but if someone isn't comfortable being respectful to paying customers I don't see why they even are working there. I have started to hate coming here just because of how this woman treats me.

I always have a freaking appointment I’m sitting there waiting for over an hour they always have very rude people working there there receptionist is so freaking rude with me. If I could give this place a 0 star I would. The pharmacist always forget to have my stuff ready like this place is horrible I wouldn’t go there if I was dieing. Also with that being said they talk crap about you and think that you can’t hear them when in reality you can it’s bullshit
