O2 Dental Group of Siler City

Absolutely awful experience. I went In last week for a cleaning and was told about some cavities. Booked an appointment for today for the fillings and to have some sealant put on my teeth. When I got there and sat in the chair, they pit the numbing cream in my mouth and I waited. Then when it came for the shots, they gave me 8 total for 2 cavities! I felt almost all of them because some weren't in the numbed areas. After they pit this device in my moth to keep it open but felt like it was blowing air down my throat. Half of my throat also felt swollen. The 2 girls who were filling my cavities were just giggling and talking back and forth and kept spraying my face with water and smacking me with the light tool because they weren't paying attention and felt like they dropped something in m

I am truly happy to have O2 dental in my hometown. The environment at O2 dental is very relaxing and tastefully done. You actually feel like you are on vacation when you enter the clinic. Dr Chavers an amazing Dentist and I have been well pleased with the care that I have received He’s always prompt Inefficient with your time. , I like the way he makes sure everything feels ok before you leave the office. The staff at 02 dental are Friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help with all your dental needs. I highly recommend Dr. Chavers and his staff for all your dental care at O2 dental in Siler City. .

The dentist is a KID! SHE NUMBED ME THEN WOULDNT WORK ON ME! She probably had to come to this practice because they offer to pay off student loans at these places, feel bad for her honestly.

I give no stars if I could. This place is a joke. They run my twin boys around since July. Both have Medicaid. They took them the 1st time seen 1 of them couldn’t see his brother yet, ok. Then I get a call that they no longer accept Medicaid . Mind you they changed names twice while this went on. I got a call last wk that they could see 1 of my boys since he was seen already. Well his brother would have to IF they didn’t push both their appointments out 2 months after seeing 1. Last week I explain that it wasn’t his brother’s fault he wasn’t seen. It was O2 Dental, Siler City Smiles, whatever they are going by this day, so they let his brother keep his appointment tomorrow. So I get a call this morning that only the 1 who’s been seen can go my other son would have to wait till November ma

This place was amazing Dr. shaver sat down and actually had a conversation I did not feel complacent like a number not an individual. The place is like being in a resort that offered dental services. There will always be challenges when certain people enter certain areas but looking at people not faces but hearts I saw and felt privileged
