The ladies at the front were nice, but the rest was an utter disaster. The doctor was completely unfriendly. When I asked questions, I got jarringly mean responses (e.g., saying "because I see it" when I asked why something looked healthy). The phone person wouldn't give me the values of my old lense prescription that I need simply because I'm abroad and my doctor wants my old values to see how my eyes have developed. She keeps insisting that it's "illegal" for her to give it to me but it's not; after all, I haven't asked for a new prescription but simply for *information* about a value of old contacts they've given me, nothing else.

If you're 10 mins late, your appointment's canceled and you'll probably have to wait another week or month. But even if you're on time, you still have to wait 5 to 20 mins for the doctor.

Jennifer at the front desk is very nice and helpful. Jennifer took the extra time to make sure my insurance covered the exam. For the eye exam I saw Dr. Abraham who was great. All around easy trip.

Extremely unprofessional and disorganized.
