Resonance Hot Yoga + Massage

I take my first yoga class here in team-building activities. The classes and people, vibe attracts me, I had $50 for 2-week pass, now I have $350 semester pass for 2025. I truly recommend it to everyone who feel anxious, want to calm for one moment, it build up focus and strength my muscles. Several days ago it’s one year birthday, I got a swap gift, I am so happy with these gifts, hoping Resonance Hot Yoga , everyone, everything stay happy.

I received an amazing deep tissue massage at Resonance Hot Yoga Studio. I’d definitely recommend :D The staff were so kind, welcoming, and genuinely knowledgeable. My therapist used the perfect amount of pressure, deep enough to release the pain but still mindful. I walked in feeling sore and tense, and walked out feeling relaxed, and genuinely happy in my body again. You can really tell they’re informed and adept at what they do. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I started with the 2-week unlimited pass, and I loved coming to the studio. I then got the unlimited semester pass. Resonance is such a welcoming environment, and there's such a great variety in instructors and classes. The hot Pilates classes with Jill and Nicole are a great way to start my mornings. You get such a good workout and sweat in. The hot vinyasa with Mike is great as well. I'm a beginner in yoga, but Mike has been really helpful in helping me improve, and his classes are also a great workout. But if you're you've had a stressful week and need a reset and a more calming workout, the luminous flow with Tiffany and Alice is a great option. It is a candlelight session at night, followed by a sound journey. Overall, if you're thinking about trying Resonance, I highly recommend com

What a lovely studio! I called the studio a couple times before going in to ask questions and both people I spoke with were very helpful and informative. I have only been to one class so far, hot vinyasa with Mike. I was weary of a heated class but I really enjoyed this class and will definitely be going back to this class and others. Mike was a wonderful instructor, I enjoyed the vibe of the class.

I just finished my one-month membership and I can't recommend Resonance yoga enough! Mike creates such a welcoming and refreshing environment. I’ve also loved taking classes with friends. Will be back soon, thank you Mike!
