1st Advantage Dental - Amherst

I have been a client for several years now but due to the office being short-staffed hadn't been seen in almost a year. When my most recently scheduled appt. had to be rescheduled again, I reached out to the office and explained my concerns. Cherie was very understanding and very helpful. To make a long story short, I was seen that very day. The hygienist I saw was friendly, informative, and very thorough, which I sincerely appreciated. The dentist was similarly clear and helpful. I can't thank Cherie and Melanie enough for their help and expert care.

I have always had a great experience starting with the front staff, the hygienist , and the dental assistant. The dentist is very down to earth, provides you with details of what is needed , and then discusses options. I have never felt rushed or uncared for.

Cancelled my cleaning twice in a row. Each time next appointment was months in the future and I was only notified of the cancellation by email. Front desk staff and hygienists are friendly and great, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen the same dentist twice. Feels like a revolving door.

Been here a few times already for dental care, and all the staff members are so kind and welcoming! Everything is explained thoroughly, and all questions/concerns are kindly addressed. I've felt very comfortable in all my interactions/appointments, and I look forward to continuing to receive dental care with 1st Advantage Dental - Amherst! Thank you.

Melanie did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Very thorough & communicated each step. She was also attentive to my comfort level while working.
