I had an amazing experience at UCC Northdade. From Ramona PFS, Dr Arias, Lidi Dyer, RN, Olga Abiri Dir. Everybody treated me with a smile. The courtesy and respect was exceptional! The staff has a great caring attitude. Dr Arias was fabulous in listening, explaining everything and including me in all decisions about my care. I could not have asked for a better team to take care of me during my sick event.

I went to this Urgent Care to get medical help on the 19th of January 2026, this Urgent Care by far, is the best Facility I have ever been to, not only did the staff, Nurses and Doctor help me to alleviate my immediate medical attention, but they took it upon themselves to assure me that everything I asked was explained to me in a highly detailed manner to make me feel comfortable, safe and well taken care of at such a high standard that was well above and beyond their normal standards. As a Retired Military member of US NAVY, these first responders made realize what I already knew and affirmed me that I was well taken care of with such respect and professionalism I never seen in the civilian sector, my admiration for these specific individuals is truly dignifying….. The staff took excellent care of my mother when we had came in after a fall. Usually Urgent Care clinics have a poor reputation for their service across, but we were very well received. Shout out to Johnathen, Stephanie, Andrew, and Dr. Pico. We appreciate the help and professionalism.

I am writing to file an urgent formal complaint regarding the care I received from Dr. Ruben Heriberto Colman, M.D. on January 14, 2026, at 16555 nw 25th ave Miami Gardens Florida 33054. which I believe demonstrates negligence and a failure to respect patient safety and autonomy. On this date, Dr. Colman repeatedly disregarded my input regarding my treatment needs, insisting on prescribing according to his own judgment, even when it conflicted with my medical requirements. I went to my pharmacy and my prescription was unavailable on three separate occasions. I contacted Dr. Colman's office repeatedly to report this issue, yet the prescription was not properly addressed.
