The star does not reflect front desk administration nor the 2 hygienist that helped me. My daughter has had her insurance since 2023 unfortunately I was only able to use it this year 2025. Today was the first time I was able to use the insurance and today was my first appointment, and first time ever using this company. Everything started of fine. Appointment started on time, and my concerns were acknowledged. Now came time to wait on the doctor, as soon as Dr Tiffany Shaphparast came through the door immediately she made it known not only to me but also to the neighboring clients; that my daughter does not brush her teeth and listing how many cavities she has---her whole dental issue could have been addressed to me in a lower tone rather than chair 2 and 3 knowing anything about it.(who

Terrible place. I booked my appointment for 3pm, got there way ahead of time and even filled and signed the necessary forms prior to my arrival. I waited almost an hour before I was called in. Then on getting to the room assigned, i had to wait for roughly another 15-20mins and was still not attended to. The lady that came after me with her two sons were already being attended to while i and my son still had to wait. Basically people in the first two rooms before mine and the people in the one after mine were being attended to. I was about to leave when the reception lady came and said i should wait a little longer because the person that was supposed to attend to us took another patient right after i was called. Honestly everyone was very pleasant the instructions post oral surgery where followed, all my questions we’re addressed and my son is healing well I appreciate all the young ladies my son is autistic and they where very receptive to his needs you guys are great god bless you all

The worst dentist office i have even been to. Arrived 15 minutes before my appointment i was the 3rd one in line and was there for 2 hours . Seeing pass the people that came before me. They lack communication among each other. And with the public. Won't be coming back ever again.
