We went to see a doctor at the Urgent Care; however, the receptionist mentioned that there was a doctor available and that due to the nature of my daughter's visit it would be best to see the doctor. We were extremely pleased to meet Dr. Vivian Clavero who expressed her concern for the symptoms my daughter was experiencing. She referred her to a specialist and ordered the lab work and radiology testing that would be needed. Her assistant Ernesto is an incredibly caring individual. He helped us coordinate everything after the visit. Additionally, Mr. Juan and the ladies at lab were phenomenal! My daughter has always had a very difficult time getting blood drawn, but Mr. Juan was very tactful and was miraculously able to accomplish the draw with ease and her not fainting. Thank you Juan! All
