Canceled my first appointment due to a “Family emergency” called me last minute to inform me. My entry was for blood work, but they didn’t even bother to inform me about not eating prior to my examination. Had an appointment the following day but I got the times mixed up, called and asked if I could still show up. Got denied right away. Lady at the front desk seemed in a real hurry to hang up the phone with me. Love how the customer service befits the business rather than the client. Was really looking forward to this place, but honestly I’m sourly disappointed. To top everything off, they don’t even text you reminders, or info, or anything of the sort like other offices do. I love when practices stop forgetting that patients are people, and not clients. It reflects in everything.

Dr. Nugent is well rounded. Very knowledge-based on any questions you may have for her. Clean and office staff is courteous.
