I can not give enough praise and appreciation to Holly, the CSR at the Urgent Care front desk. Through the many interactions I’ve had with her through the years, she has always gone above and beyond with compassion and help when she can. This week she quite literally saved my employment by being the only person to assist me with necessary paperwork my job required and ensuring I got the help I needed. She is so kind and genuinely cares about patients, and more so than most of the medical staff I’ve interacted with through the years and goes out of her way EVERY time! The Family Medicine, however, COMPLETELY dropped the ball and sent me in circles for nearly two weeks, until the very day my paperwork was due after a week of failing to communicate with me after many attempts and promising

Beautiful facility. Helpful, friendly staff. Came for an MRI. Very little waiting. Clean well laid out restrooms. Comfortable chairs, TV, newspapers. Everything was modern and clean, bright. #access #unhealthy #mri #exams #doctors

Communication with this facility is horrible. UF Radiology is sitting in an order for brain MRI for eleven days without doing anything. My prescribing physician obtained the approval from the insurance for the procedure, and still I was unable to schedule the procedure through the UF Radiology web page, on-line. I was on the phone for more than 15 minutes and still unable to talk to any person, finally someone answered, but still could not schedule the appointment. I was transferred to another number where a lady gave me the next available appointment dated for a month and two days ahead. I don't think this people deserve to be in business.

I tried to schedule an appointment with a new doctor, and have found that the way they communicate is inefficient, and uncaring. I was about to faint while making my appointment, and was asked to stand up and get my insurance policy information. The impression that I got was NOT that this is a place that cares for their patients, so I will be finding a new doctors office.

Tried to make an appointment for my son after being on hold for 20 minutes. Tyra transferred me to Pediatrics and I had to wait another 20 minutes before Michelle told me she was unable to help me.
