Dr. Dan is amazing!! He is so patient with my sons. I have one getting a filling and extraction today and he was so anxious about the nitrous. He wouldn’t let anyone put it on him. Dr. Dan came in and got it no problem and was able to numb him up. I have never seen a faster procedure. Total was 10 minutes tops. Myra was also so sweet and comforted him the whole time by holding and stroking his hand.

🚨 🚨 After leaving this 1 star review they called me and said they will no longer see my child as a patient: Pricing for procedures 3700$ out of pocket for cavities on a 5 year old. Wouldn’t work on pricing. Then proceeded to say they were doing me a favor for charging me for x-rays that weren’t needed. Also stated the same picture showed a change in the image. I don’t see a difference and I’m not a professional. Polite or not you can’t charge that pricing to families. With no additional options and then informing that the doctors may not want to accept your reschedule due to not being able to afford the bill. You have to understand you’re dealing with families with young children.

My son has severe sensory issues and every other dentist we went to was a traumatic experience. The entire staff at Bright Smiles was patient, kind and understanding. They made me and my son feel comfortable so we don’t have to dread going to the dentist anymore! Thank you!

This was our first visit. The kids absolutely love the environment and the staff. There are fun activities while they wait, and they get sunglasses and headphones while they watch cartoons in the chair. Every step is described in detail before performed. My babies absolutely love this place. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the fantastic experience.

The hygienists are wonderful. The front desk Jennifer wonderful. The owner (who we saw over a year ago) was truly kind. That's why it's so disappointing that Dr. Dan is allowed to practice here, especially when multiple reviews mention similar concerns about his dismissive and belittling behavior. My youngest was scared after a recent tonsillectomy. Once I realized Dr. Dan was not able to guide the situation I got up to reassure my daughter: "He's not going to hurt you, he's just counting your teeth." Shortly after I told the dentist he had gone too far back for her comfort, he got defensive and said: "We're done, nobody is hurting anybody and you are not helping."
