Borland Groover - Nassau Crossing Office Now Open

Dr. Catherine Manolakis is a phenomenal GI specialist. She is incredibly knowledgeable about Celiac disease and lymphocytic colitis, and truly stays up to date on the latest research, medications, and treatment options. I deeply appreciate how thoroughly she explains things and how current she is with emerging therapies. Her bedside manner is exceptional — she listens carefully, takes concerns seriously, and makes you feel heard and respected. I never feel rushed, and she approaches care thoughtfully and collaboratively. If you are dealing with complex GI or autoimmune-related issues, I highly recommend Dr. Manolakis. She combines expertise with genuine compassion, which is rare and invaluable.

I went in for a fibro scan.The building is huge and houses about 65 Doctors. The layout as easy to navigate and very clean. My office assistant was very professional, yet nice. My scan assistant explained every step and she was very nice as well. My test results were explained logically to me. Overall my visit was exceptional.

The professional staff was professional and friendly making the appointment pleasant. My issue is with their first point of contact employees. My first call was for scheduling my appointment for a procedure. No problem. A few weeks later I received a call about scheduled appointment and was asked if I was taking certain medication. I answered yes to 2-items and she asked me "Why didn't you tell the person that made your appointment. I advised I hadn't been asked and she repeatedly insisted they would of asked. Finally asked if she thought I was lying and she said they would check their recorded calls to see. I had to cancel the appointment a few weeks later and cancelled it by calling. 3-days later I received a call about my scheduled appointment the next day and I advised I had c

Wonderful experience. Dr Chisolm took her time with me and made me feel like I was her only patient! Wow, I don’t think I have ever experienced that before. She even personally called me to explain my test results! She is very personable and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend her and this Borland Groover facility!

New patient for screening services. Don’t think I’ll return. Such is modern healthcare, this operates like a big box clinic that asking you to pre-complete mounds of repetitive paperwork and arrive an hour before you appointment, only to wait an additional hour because your doctor is behind schedule. Also, scheduling an unnecessary follow-up at out-of-pocket cost to find the results of your no out-of-pocket preventative screening. Doc cancelled my initial appointment due to schedule, after I already cleared my schedule. Staff is friendly and care is good, just turned off by my experience here.
