UF Health Urgent Care - Wildlight

I brought my husband into this facility on Sept 20th for an injury, while we were on vacation. The staff was incredibly kind & professional. He and I, both, agreed that it was by far the best urgent care experience we have had anywhere! We'd like to specifically thank Holly, the customer care rep, at the facility. We mentioned we might be relocating to the area. She went above and beyond by putting together a packet of information about UF Health facilities in the area that she gave us as we were leaving. It was truly exceptional on her part, and we greatly appreciated her efforts on our behalf!! Thank you, Holly!!

Had to visit Urgent Care because I had a swollen ankle. The wait time was only about 15 minutes before I was seen. The Staff is professional and friendly. Dr.Luis Rios and his Nurse were very kind. XRays only took 5 minutes. I left with a walking boot, but no broke bones. Overall good experience. Good medical team. This facility is new, nice and clean.

I had a great experience at this urgent care today. I was seen by McCarthy and she and the staff took such good care of me and had a wonderful bedside manner. They were understanding of my needs and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Everyone was friendly, caring, and professional. I just want to thank the entire team for their kindness and excellent care.

Have been to the urgent care and family medicine at this facility several Times. Always treated well, very thorough diagnostics. Holly at reception has gone above and beyond to be welcoming and set up future appts. I highly recommend this facility ‘

Went in to have my foot/ankle looked at, check in staff was extremely friendly and I was called back promptly. I had my grandson with me and the nurses were super friendly and sweet with him and me. One of the nurses actually took the time to stitch up his stuffed Pikachu toy because his ear was falling off, another nurse brought him in some stickers and the X-ray tech allowed him to sit with her and showed him the images of my foot when she took them! The nurse took the time to show me how to properly put on the boot I was given and everyone was all smiles as we left the clinic. Awesome staff, first time I actually enjoyed going to a walk-in clinic/urgent care and everyone truly seemed to love their jobs!
