I am very disappointed with my experience at Battle Ground TVC and feel compelled to share this for others considering care here. From a patient-rights perspective, there appears to be a significant lack of transparency regarding provider documentation standards and clinical decision-making. When I requested information about policies that guide how providers document visits and make decisions impacting care, I was met with resistance rather than clarification or education. As a patient, understanding how care decisions are made should not be controversial. I was also concerned by what felt like an emphasis on appointment volume and billable visits rather than continuity of care. Despite having an initial and establishing care visit, I was informed that medications would not be continued

Just switched to TVC this year. Biggest issue is unacceptable wait times for telephone assistance. Just waited 30 minutes to talk to an advice nurse. Similar experience eveytime I call. Also having trouble getting refill requests taken care of in timely fashion. Medical care has been very good.

The doctors and nurses at the Battle Ground TVC are a great group of care givers who sincerely care for their patients.
