TruCore Pathology

Terrible customer service in the billing department. My urology clinic did not seek pre approval to use their lab, so the claim was denied by my insurance and I received a substantial bill from TruCore. Each time I spoke with someone at Trucore Pathology to receive help rectifying the situation, they were rude and condescending. The error was the fault of the Urology Center of Iowa, but neither TruCore or UCofI offered supportive advice on solving the issue . My son has chronic illnesses and I have dealt with MANY labs, medical practices, and insurance companies. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever had with a medical facility.
