Tru Family Dental

I’ve been going to Tru Family Dental for several years after not having been to the dentist in a very long time. The staff there are all amazing, they go over everything in detail for what needs to be done with no surprise bills at the end. The doctors, assistants, and hygienist are all amazing as well, they give honest, practical advice, are transparent with care plans, and literally make the dental work as painless as possible.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one!!! I got two crowns done months ago and a prep for another one. The two crowns that were done still hurt and are sensitive to this day as if it wasn’t done correctly. Had to be put on antibiotics and pain medicine in order for the pain to cease. They treated me like I wasnt in pain but was trying to abuse pain medicine. The last crown was months ago, I sub stained an abscess shortly after. I reached out to them regarding this situation and was totally ignored by Dr. Patel. I have screenshots to proof this! Although I had 2 different insurance to cover my bills. The office manager recommended me to apply for a credit card to pay for the work, which I did… maxed it out….Months later they’re starting I still owe money After I was told to wait a few m

Incredible care and service form every single person! It was like Heaven walking in there. I had to reschedule for next week but they took all my fears away instantly. I can't wait to go back and get my work done, oh and very affordable! THANK YOU

I wouldn’t recommend this place. The office staff waits until it’s too late to process the insurance claim for my wife. They waited a year later per my conversation with blue cross blue shield to process the claim then tell her she’s responsible for paying out of her own pockets or they won’t see her, although she has a abscess on the very tooth doctor patel worked on months prior. Mind you my wife just paid $3000 for 2 crowns months ango, we have always had a secondary insurance to pay for what remains but she still has pay money out of pocket on top of that. The 3000 was charged to our personal credit card. I’m convinced someone is pocketing money by Overcharging patients. They will not provide us with proof of what she actually owes, nor the cost in details for the work but just stati
