Dr. Joanna Zid is an exemplary physician. She is thorough in her examination, taking her time with her patients while addressing any problems or concerns. Dr. Zid is knowledgeable and compassionate. She knows her patients and their history. She is also responsive when contacting her through MyChart and she personally reaches out to her patients to discuss testing and procedure results. In a time when many patients feel like they are just one of many being "processed" through the day, Dr. Zid makes you feel like your care is important to her, because it is!
