IBJI Physical & Occupational Therapy - Joliet

I went to IBJI in Joliet on 8/29/25 to have my knee evaluated after full knee replacement by another office. I had X-rays and a consultation by Dr Murphy. I was happy with my consultation and thought he was very thorough. He called me later after my review because I did not give 5 stars across the board for my visit. Then when I received my bill I saw a charge for X-rays and my consultation and an additional charge of $2200 for treatment. I never had any treatment done only a consultation. After 7 phone calls to try and clarify this charge— maybe a coding error - it seems more likely it is possibly insurance fraud. I have contacted my insurance company and they are going to investigate this issue. I had hoped there was a simple explanation but it doesn’t seem that that is the case. I went

Each session was thoughtfully tailored to my needs, ‘homework’ assignments kept me challenged, and her encouragement helped me stay motivated and make steady progress. Bill Santucci my PT is very helpful & concerned with helping me feel better. He asks me questions & also answers my questions & concerns. I did not want PT. I kept saying no . I'm glad I decided to give it a try. I really hope I can get better & not be in pain.

I would recommend this rehab to everyone everyone of the therapist are polite,kind and caring to help you get better to go back to work in general all the people you have working there are fantastic I have gone for knees,rotator cuff,trigger finger, carpal tunnels, hands so I been to this location for several reasons and I would recommend them 💯
