Dr. Fang and her assistant, I did not catch her name, were very nice and pleasant. Both had great patient care and bedside manner. I also told the doctor I wanted to be conservative with my treatment and she agreed. I appreciate that she respected and listened to what I said. By far one of the best doctor experiences I have had in a while.
My experience is with the medical side. I had some skin cancer removed and the ENTIRE staff was so thorough, careful, and caring. I felt very well taken care of and will be recommending Oak Dermatology to anyone I know who needs a referral. Their communication and care is top notch.
Dr. Fang was so detailed with everything she did. She took her time to explain everything to myself and even my daughter. She is very caring and patient. I would highly recommend her. The office staff was also very friendly.
Outstanding care and kindness. They made you feel at ease from the time you arrive until the time you leave. I recommend Dr.Daw or anyone caring for that you are in great hands.
