Troy Family Dentistry

Today wasn’t my best experience I’m 27 was pregnant & my gums are sore and swollen and very sensitive. So I’m moving because the dentist is hurting a sensitive spot. He gets an attitude like he’s fed up that I’m moving. Snatched away mad about it. 0/10 I’m going to another dentist. I’m in so much pain and I’m very upset. What happened to the lady dentist she was the sweetest???? 😡

Terrible experience with a desk attendant… very rude when I called to discuss A charge that I was unaware of… I paid the amount however I’ve been a client at this practice for nearly 20 years and have never experienced such rudeness. I will be switching dental providers because of the staff members nasty demeanor.

Tried to get my daughter in asap because she is in pain. She goes to College at Troy and has insurance. The receptionist says they have nothing available. Im like really. She says sorry. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Just moved here from Atlanta and this was our first visit! Donna was wonderful and put all three of my children (ages 13, 10, and 7) at ease. Both Dr. Hendrix and Donna were thorough, knowledgeable, and made us feel very welcome. Pic of teeth to prove I have them.

Dr. Hendrix and her staff are kind,courteous, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Best experience ever. They make you look forward to going to the dentist. Anyone hesitating to go to the dentist for whatever reason Troy Family Dentristy is where you need to go! My treatment has been ongoing for over 5 months. Care has been excellent!!! Including giving me a same day appointment if needed. Always greeted with smiles from entire staff.
