I had a wonderful experience. The staff were very nice. The check in and registration process was smooth. I was very pleased with Dr. Reese's care, concern, and assessment. She listened to what I was saying. She even administered my injection. They work as a team there. I was very impressed.

Pay with CASH, I was seen on 11/10/25, I paid my copay and now today 12/8/25 Stop Watch is charging my debit card another $25.57. I called and have been on hold twice. Now speaking with office manager, was told that by signing the online application/agreement I agreed to a 'CCR' , a rolling payment! Service was fine. I spoke with 3 different people. Finally got another number to call to explain this situation to yet AGAIN. Not worth the hassle

Friendly efficient staff and the provider was great. It was peak flu season and they were really busy. I highly recommend the online appointment booking. I was in and out before several of the walkins.
