Publix Pharmacy at Park Place

I'm so tired of this place. This is the third time they say they haven't received some of my RX from my doctor's office, but would receive others that was sent at the same day from the same office. Then after have done gave them my RX insurance card they still tried to charge me discount prices for medication my insurance would pay 100% for! When given a time to pick up your RX they always told me most of the time they were not done and it would be so long before these where ready and many hours later when the others would be ready when they were all placed at the same time, and for me to go shop around! Which if I haven't had so many problems with them, I wouldn't mind doing! Not shopping in the store when the main reason I go in is for my Meds and being lied to about the time to pick the

I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience today was unacceptable. When I came in to pick up my prescription, the pharmacy manager was extremely rude and dismissive toward me for no reason. Instead of offering help or clear communication, her tone was nasty and made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Healthcare is stressful enough, and patients should never be spoken to the way she spoke to me. I truly hope management addresses this, because no one deserves to be treated that way especially when they’re just trying to get their medication.

Very frustrating experience. I was told over the phone my prescription would be ready for pickup, but each time I followed up, the staff postponed the “ready for pickup” time again. Even after multiple delays, it still wasn’t filled as promised, and I had to call three additional times before it was finally completed. The staff member I spoke with, Mimi, was rude and dismissive. Busy or not, repeatedly pushing back pickup time with poor communication is unacceptable.

They are scamming disabled veterans claiming they cannot confirm coverage. They lie about policy. They initially attempted to charge me 40$ but after I had them do their job and get the correct information they managed to pull up that I was covered by my insurance and it dropped to $3. The staff was rude and interrupted whenever i attempted to explain. A small stocky white woman w brown eyes has a really difficult time attempting to be professional and kind. She just interrupted me when I spoke and didn’t apologize for their error in billing nor did they take accountability for it.
