CVS

So myself and another former US Marine were at the CVS US 231 in Troy on December 18 to get our meds. Staff was rude to me and gave me an unreasonable wait time of 1 hour at 2:08 pm. CVS staff gave the other Devil Dog a wait time of 4 hours. This gentleman was still wearing his plastic hospital bracelets. He did not look well. On exiting the store, said DevilDog slung his hat down on the ground and let out some nasty curse/racist words with the Hard R, which was super accurate and totally deserved. I asked him if he was going to be ok and if the black Santa Claus, black Mrs Claus and the 3 black wise men they had on display set him off. He said that it was the 4 hour wait time they gave him. The clerk name Paul was very rude to me and got mad because I was using coupons and wouldn't give me an bag for my additional items i bought with a coupon. He was very impatient and wouldn't assist me with my questions about my account or other questions I had very impatient and angry. The lady that works there is very sweet and kind the complete opposite of the guy.

I was an exhausted and stressed out mom who needed safety pins to finish my sons’ theme day costumes. There weren’t any in the store, and I really didn’t want to go to another big retailer and deal with crowds or more driving. I told an incredibly kind gentleman named Ken about my predicament, and he made it his mission to help me find pins to finish their name tags for “Dress Like a Teacher Day.” He found one pin that would work, and his sweet manager Miss Teresa joined in the hunt and assured me they’d find something to help me finish. They didn’t sell me pins because they were out, but they gained my heartfelt thanks and my business for life!

12/11/24 was the first time that I went into CVS in Troy. Stacy, a CVS staff worker, really went beyond the call of duty to help me. My experience was so refreshing getting quality service that I experienced today. I have never met Stacy. I know her name by looking at her name badge. Although I have never met Stacy, she treated me like I was very valued. I so appreciate Stacy.

Only 1 issue I have and it's pharmacy, they should let you know when they don't have enough meds. to fill a prescription. So from now on I will check the prescription at checkout before leaving store.
