I scheduled an appointment online weeks ago. I take off work using my earned paid time off. I use my gas only to get these messages you are not accepting new patients. Hmm you website says you do and allows you to schedule appointments. So you mean to tell me..no you showed me one the website is not updated regularly. I am sure didn’t just reach your new patient quota. Secondly the staff does not look at the appointments requested until the day of no the last minute of. I was on my car on the way. Then I get a oh well sorry attitude from the person who answered the call. Then she says they tried to contact me. Hmm yeah today less than 30 minutes to my appointment. If they pay attention to their patients like they do the schedule and website I feel sorry for you. I guess I will find my husb

Took my appointment details. Called 1 week before to change the appointment to the following day. Then they called an hour and a half before the appointment to see if we could go in early. We did not go in early. Once we do get inside they can't take our insurance, they're at their quota for my insurance. Tell me that can't see us. After I'm 10 minutes up the road they call and say they can see us if we want. At that time no I don't want. If the 1st appointment is like this there can't be anything good to come from that place.

If you’re not a geriatric person don't waste your time. Can never get an appointment when I need to due to their scheduling process. Doctors are very nonchalant with your time when appointments are set. It takes around an hour on average after check in to even be seen. I may return in my 70's.

I feel comfortable sharing my experience because I am changing my PCM and you should know a few things before you decide to become a new patient here. First off, I was seeing an NP here, I will not name her and file a complaint separately because she was extremely unprofessional and called me from her personal cell to confront me on being “rude” to her front desk, that was completely false! The only questions I had for the front desk were why do you send patients to a voicemail for it to be ignored? That was a factual statement, I was not rude to them what’s so ever. The NP told me she was running a “personal errand” and that she would tend to the issue when she was done the day this incident happened, so she was running personal errands on Premier’s time! And she called me from her person

I'm a new patient here. N it's been bad from day 1. 1st on my 1st appointment they only took my weight n blood pressure. No labs 2nt I went to the ER on 8/18 for chest pains n when I called for a Follow-up they said they couldn't see me till 10/03.. I went back to the ER 10 days later.the doctor there said to call TPC again..this time I got a appointment. It was with Dr.Dickerson. he was rude n short with me.. He Said to use ice n get over the counter pain packages. Why !! If I have insurance n they would pay for them? 3rd I summit refills on my chart,call up there n went 4 times n it took 11 days for me to get my meds. N once I did they forgot 2 of them. My suger n blood pressure meds. Ridiculous.!!
