Aventura at Shiloh Springs

I loved my stay here at Aventura at Shiloh Springs. The staff here is remarkable!! The nurse’s, the physical therapist, occupational therapist, activities department, and the environmental services all do their jobs with pride! The facility is very clean, and If I am ever in a position to need a rehabilitation center again, Aventura at Shiloh Springs will be my 1st choice!!! Thank all of you so much!!

I do not recommend this place and would not recommend it to anyone. When you wanted something you pull the cord and your light goes off. They didn’t have sounds so it you may have waited 25 minutes for someone to come because with the exception of 3 we’re off hiding so they didn’t see the light on. House keeping was good. Food, I never knew there were so many ways to fix chicken. One day I had chicken, corn and broccoli. That very same day they just mixed the stuff together and gave it to us for lunch. I even had an aid go in my purse that was in my drawer. Yes the people were nice but I would need more than smilies

This place is terrible. Do not send your loved ones here. They have treated my mother so bad since she's been here. Not sure I'll contact at the health department but I need to. It dispicable.

This was truly a heartbreaking experience. They treated my fiance like a dog, almost killing her. My fiance was complaining of pain in her armpit over and over, she was not only ignored, but they called the police on her for complaining. Thank God for the Montgomery County jail, they immediately noticed how sick she looked and sent her to the E.R. where they found she had a blood clot where her pain was and had they not called the police, she would have died in there. Multiple staff member's ganged up on her, demoralizing her and making fun of her. There are employees that were caught talking about planting drug paraphernalia on her the morning of the police being called. The social worker was so unprofessional, that she caused my fiance to fall into a deep depression having severe

My family and I are beyond grateful for the care my father is receiving for his rehabilitation. The staff and administration team are incredible and rock solid with plenty of knowledge. Our dad is receiving top notch care every day . I go home and sleep well at night knowing our father is in good hands . Thank you all for caring about your residents and most importantly their families as well . My experience has been a blessing. Thank you all for treating me and my Dad with your heart!
