This place is amazing! I've been a patient here for close to 8 years and I've never had a negative experience here! The staff members are caring, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. Dr. Colbert is amazing as well. She listens, does her best to solve whatever problems you may have, and she genuinely cares about her patients. I always recommend my family and friends to come here and they are extremely pleased with the service as well

I was lucky enough to find Dr. Colbert when she opened her practice in trotwood. Not only did she recognize and diagnose my cancer twice, she's provided excellent care for my entire family.

Today’s review is about Marcia in the billing department. I was seen two different occasions at Colbert Family Health for a routine physical and another preventative service. My insurance states that they cover these 100%, however, they did not do to coding issues. Marsha has held my hand (over the phone lol) and has helped me remain calm through this whole process. She has been on several three-way conversations between myself, the insurance company, and Marcia. I don’t know what I would do without her. She is doing everything in her power to make sure that my preventive services are covered to the best of her ability. I really appreciate her for that. She has the warmest, calmest voice of customer service I’ve ever heard.

Colbert is great and this one star is specifically for her billing staff and not her as a doctor. They don’t know how insurance works and then try to bill you because they don’t want to do their job. I’ve been dealing with the same claim for months and they still can’t get it right. I’ve spent hours on the phone with my insurance and they tell me everything is good on my end, yet the office wants to charge me anyway. Once again, I love Colbert and the receptionist is always amazing. But the billing staff definitely needs some training.

I've been going for years. Suffer from complex autoimmune diseases, thyroid, diabetes and other chronic illness. Colbert has kept me physically well. Helped me to control my diabetes. She and her team are amazing and a blessing for people like me. Good care is impossible to find. Colbert Family Health & Wellness is phenomenal care and I feel darn lucky to be a patient!!!
