Dr. Wariboko was particularly friendly and ensured that all my concerns regarding my care plan were thoroughly addressed. Overall, my visit to the Trotwood location was excellent, and I highly recommend their services.

This place is really bad. Please do not go here. I brought my mom for civil surgeon examinations 2 weeks ago. I asked them how long will the process take. The Nurse told me it will take two weeks. It has been more than 2 weeks since they draw blood, received immunization records and payment. Until today no response. Every time i call their answer is there is nothing we can do just wait. Im like okay i can wait but whats the time frame? Like we dont know. We cant tell you. This is really bad service.

My latest visit Oct. 2022. I was surprised to see that everyone has on Premier Health lab coats or shirts. The facility is not clean at all compared to my previous visits. Plexiglass partitions covered in old dried saliva, floors were dirty and sticky. Exam room had dirty sticky floor and the arms of the chairs were dirty and sticky , dirty window seals, trash can was full from the day before and dirty hand prints on the wall. The Doctor didn't prescribe what I needed and 2 days later I had to see my regular Doctor to get the correct medicine because my breathing was worse. I had been pleased with previous visits but this last visit made me never want to go there again. Why does Premier have so many problems with house keeping? The Doctor should have listened to me and prescribed the ster

Short wait time. Great experience. Courteous staff. My son hurt his hand and the Doctor gave us a prescription for a X-ray if it didn't get better in 1-2 days and told us to call her if we needed anything!
